Learning and personal development are still often viewed too narrowly. We tend to keep people boxed in — into roles, functions and areas of expertise.

But what if we looked beyond these predefined boundaries? People (and, by extension, organisations too) generally have more potential than what's visible on the surface. That's why we should take a broader view of "learning" — and that starts with an open mindset and breaking through traditional ways of thinking.

Els's personal mission is to bring even more attention to #lifelonglearning among individuals, teams and organisations.
